The Smart-Ex explosion-proof smartphone is now available in Zone 1/21 and Zone 2/22! The touchscreen smartphone with Android operating system makes it easy to use in any environment, with its water and shock resistant construction and touchable display even when wearing gloves. True German quality, card-independent, Wifi and WLAN enabled. The explosion-proof phone is also suitable for asset tracking, continuous monitoring and process automation. It can also be supplied equipped with the LoneWorkerProtection application.
SLA (Service Level Agreement):
The smartphones are covered by a 1-year warranty and the battery by a half-year warranty. However, the so-called SLA supplement is optional when ordering. The Service Level Agreement means that the manufacturer offers a full warranty on the device (not the battery) for 3 years and will repair any malfunction within 5 working days free of charge.
