DIS* disconnect switches and SAF* safety switches guarantee safe disconnection of machines from the electrical mains during cleaning,
maintenance and repair. They can be used in hazardous areas up to zone 1/21. The different main and auxiliary contact configurations cover a wide range of
switching requirements.
Housing versions made of high quality stainless steel and rugged GRP material are available.
According to IEC 62626-1, the housing cover of SAF* versions can only be opened when the switch is in the ON position.
